Köpings Musteri startade 2015 och erbjuder idag dryckesprovning, event, mustning av egna äpplen, gårdsbutik, café och många trevliga aktiviteter och upplevelser för besökare året om. All vår frukt och våra bär blir dryck som sedan når restauranger i stora delar av landet.

Gården har tusentals äppelträd och vi fokuserar dagligen på att skapa högkvalitativa produkter med lokalt odlade råvaror där vårt hantverk genomsyrar verksamheten. Cider- och vinprovning är mycket populärt!

We sample must or cider, non-alcoholic or alcoholic depending on what you book for ticket, grown and produced on the farm. Cheese, charcuterie and bread combine with the drinks in the cosy farm shop where we sit with lit candles and talk taste, texture, apple growing and mixing drink into food. \
We take a tour of the production premises and show how the machines work, talk about the fermentation process and how we think when we grow and refine our products into beverages.

The test takes about 1.5 hours. Cheese, charcuterie and bread are included in the ticket. You can add glasses of cider on site regardless of ticket type.

**Pruning and Tree Care**

What do I need? A secateur, clothes according to weather.

April 19, we step out into Bergs Äppelodling for a half-day dedicated to learning more about our fruit trees. When in the year should one prune, how do you want to shape the tree and what is good to consider to make it bear fruit?

We look at common injuries and diseases, rootstocks, fertilizing and other exciting things about tree care. \

Ficapause! Sandwich, bun, coffee, tea and apple juice. **Remember to report allergies! **

After we've gone for a walk, talked about different fruit trees and their quirks, we'll get down to pruning. We show how we think with our trees, how to think with their trees at home in the garden, large and small, and how newly planted trees are shaped. This year we will be helped to maintain this course by the very experienced Cleas Mark who has worked with apple orchards in England earlier in life and today runs his own cultivation of English cider apple and pear trees.

Time for you to prune! You get some trees where to prune to consolidate what we've been talking about and for you to come up with what questions you still don't feel you've had answers to.
